“ IF SELECTED “ as a Photogeniks model we not only build your portfolio, we give you the actual experience of being a model in the industry. You will receive paid photoshoots, print royalties, free pictures and videos, opportunities to connect with brand owners and a team of photographers and videographers that work on your image.
Model Guidelines: All Photogeniks models are required to post Photogeniks content twice a week ( 8 times monthly ), attend 1 team meeting per month, no “ social media beefing ”all models are allowed to post about or comment on anything they choose however constant negative interactions with the same individual over a lengthy time period will be considered beefing and is a breach of contract and will result in an direct termination of contract.
Model Requirements:
1. the ability to work well with others.
2. active listening skills.
3. to be flexible and open to change.
4. physical skills like movement, coordination, dexterity and grace.
5. patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
6. the ability to organise your time and workload.
7. concentration skills.
8. Be energetic.
9. reliable, organised and punctual.
10. confident, positive and persistent.
11. able to handle criticism and rejection.
12. patient; you might have to hold a certain pose, or wait around, for a long time.
Photoshoots:
All photoshoots for Photogeniks will be free of cost to all Photogeniks models this includes all edits, touch ups, studio sessions, on locations sessions, professional lighting setups and equipment. All third-party vendors/clients will be required to pay for model services starting at $150 minimum, final service cost is to be agreed between Photogeniks and Vendor/Client upon booking based on the time frame and services needed. This means all vendors/clients must pay a minimum of $150 to book the service of any Photogeniks model and all Photogeniks models will make the minimum of $150 for any photoshoot done in relations to all third parties ( Vendors/Clients )
Print Royalties: All Photogeniks models are entitled to $1 per print royalty. This means when a Photogeniks model is paid for a service in the event any printed copies are created in result of that service will involve a ( $1 royalty share per printed copy ) to the Photogeniks model this includes merchandise, books, canvases or any physical copy created. For example if someone were to book you to model their apparel brand in the event they decide to make any printed copies from that photoshoot you will be entitled to $1 from each unit sold, lets say in this case the printed copy is a shirt regardless of the amount of the shirt you will receive $1 each shirt 1,000 shirts sold= $1,000 Royalty check, 50 units sold= $50 royalty check.
Advertisement Buyout: Vendors/Clients reserve all rights to advertisement for photos purchased this results to a buyout of all advertisement royalties for the sum of agreed amount in each contract between Photogeniks and vendor/client. This means Photogeniks models reserve no rights to any photos taken under contract and will not receive any additional funds from vendor/client in relations to advertisement and adds.
Conflicts of interest Policy Statement: All models of Photogeniks are visually represented by Photogeniks and shall disclose all real or perceived conflicts of interest that they discover or that have been brought to their attention in connection with anyone associated within this organization. Anything in which involves a Photogeniks model to engage in visual work or activities that lead to personal gain and or visual images/content being produced without the consent of the organization is completely prohibited and will lead to termination of contract.
Confidentiality Clause: Any and all disclosure of proprietary information about this company is completely prohibited and will lead to an immediate termination. This includes discussing any information talked about in business, individual and team meetings.
Contract Termination: All Photogeniks models are require to abide by anything in their contract and agreement. All violations will result in an immediate void/termination of contract. We hold all of our models accountable but we will never hold you captive, all models have the option to opt out of their contract at any point he or she feel the need to depart from this organization.
Contract Timeline: All model contracts last 2 years post signing date. This means the contract is only valid for 730 days after the model signs their contract and must be renewed in order to continued.
