Lien Release

Getting a lien release on a charged-off loan can be tricky, because a “charge-off” doesn’t mean the debt is gone—it just means the lender wrote it off as a loss. The lien (on a car, property, etc.) can still legally exist until it’s satisfied.

So first you’ll confirm who owns the Debt Now because it may still be owned by the original lender like a bank etc or it may have been sold to a collection agency or debt buyer, I recommend first calling the original lender first and ask:
• “Do you still own this account?”
• “Who currently holds the lien?”

2. Pay or Settle the Debt

You typically cannot get a lean release unless the debt is paid off however, there is two ways you could get around this, 1. Isn’t totally free without payment but you can negotiate a settlement (often 30–70% of balance) and 30% is better than 100% Before paying, get everything in writing, including:
• Settlement amount
• Agreement that the lien will be released after payment.

◦ The second way would be totally free but it would also depend on (If the Lender Is Gone or Unresponsive

This happens a lot with old charge-offs so it’s very possible

You may need to:
• Request a “lost lien release” process through the MVA
• Provide proof of payoff (receipts, bank statements)
• In some cases, file a bonded title (for vehicle)

Brokers List Details

  • What is a Broker List?

A brokers list is your best way to buy a used car, unlike buying from used dealers or someone off the street a brokers job is to not only get you a vehicle within your budget but also get you the vehicle in the best condition unlike a dealer or someone off the street who’s job is to sell you a car buy any means. The brokers list protects you from scams and bad vehicles.

I Take auto broking to another level because I am also a specialized dealer with experience buying cars from dealers only auctions so I am not the middle man I am the finder, the source and the seller.

What is a dealers only auction?

A dealer only auction is a specialized marketplace where licensed auto dealers buy and sell vehicles. These auctions are the main source of inventory for dealerships all over. the country, this is what make the auction list ideal for any buyer. Auctions feature a variety of vehicles, including:

    • Trade-ins

    • End-of-lease returns

    • Repossessed vehicles

    • Rental fleet vehicles

Dealer auctions are restricted to licensed dealers only, this also makes the brokers list the perfect route to buying your next vehicle. Dealer auctions offer several advantages, including:

    • Lower prices: Vehicles sold at dealer auctions are cheaper than those advertised on a dealer's lot.

    • Higher quality: The quality of vehicles at dealer auctions are higher.

    • More diverse selection

    • The Auction list offers a more diverse selection of vehicles.

    • Condition reports: The Auction list often provide detailed condition reports to help dealers make informed purchasing decisions.

    • In-person and online bidding: The Auction List offers both in-person and online bidding options.

  • Your Budget: Set the amount you have to spend on the vehicle, Your budget will determine what i will be able to Bid on/Purchase meaning if you only have a $3,000 budget, i will not be able to bid on any vehicle that goes over $3,000 and if i purchase a car under your $3,000 budget you will receive the remaining balance that is left after the transaction.

Tax: with every purchase expect to pay taxes between $100-$400 depending on the amount of the car.

  • Payment: There are 2 different ways to go about payment.

Option A: upfront 1 time payment of $300 to hire me as your broker and doing my brokers list ( this payment does not go towards your vehicle ), with this option your $300 payment pays me to, research all vehicles within your budget, get inspections on any vehicles recommended, purchase your vehicle at a discounted rate for you to save you money on a vehicle however this does not include tags.

Option B: backend pay, with this option I get paid from the remaining balance of what’s left after your car is purchased, for example if you have a $4,000 and I purchase your car for $3,400 I keep the balance of $600, if it sells for $3,800 I keep the remaining balance of $200. This option include taxes and fees so you just pay your budget and everything is taken care of after that.
